Yang Po has both the mindset of a millionaire business woman and property investor.She blends insights from both mindsets to share easy to execute techniques which can be implemented by the layperson.
Yang Po started her career in sales, after being told to walk the talk by her manager.She started in virgin markets where she did not know anyone in the market and grew it from scratch to being multi-million dollar businesses.
She was also the Director of Yves Saint Laurent Beaute, Asia Pacific where she oversaw 22 countries in the region, including China, New Zealand, India and Hawaii.On the side, Yang Po invested in property. Despite warnings from her brother, she flipped it and made a profit of $60,000. Therefore, she chose to purchase a second property. However the property market crashed and she was stuck with it. This started her passion and love for the property market. She has since transacted managed, and invested in more than S$300 million worth of properties.
Yang Po authored the book, Cash Your Passion: What Text Books Don?t Teach About How to Start and Manage Successful Businesses.Finally, she has also become a codeveloper in a new S$207.26 million waterfront residential and commercial project in Danga Bay.
